Gardens By The Bay

Gardens By The Bay, one of the top place to visit in Singapore. You can go there by stopping at 'Bayfront' (MRT Station).
It is located in front of the 'Marina Bay Sands Hotel'.
There's a huge field to play there.
Plants are everywhere <3 We can see beautiful flowers :)

These are some of the places you can visit there :
  • Flower Dome
  • Supertrees
  • OCBC Skyway
  • Cloud Forest
  • Far East Organization's Children Garden

 OCBC Skyway (supertrees)

You will see the lights of the supertrees at night. Don't leave the supertrees before you see how beautiful they are :) To go to the skyway, you need to pay $5 for adults and $3 for children. You need to be brave to go to the skyway coz its height is 22m O.o
We can see the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands Hotel from the skyway. Seems fun!

FEO Children's Garden

 - Water Park

The water park is free. You can wear a swimsuit or even your casual clothes! Best place for kids to visit at Garden By The Bay. There's some water sprayers, falling water buckets, water fountains and sprinklers.
 - Playground

There's a treehouse at the playground. Slides are there. Sands are everywhere :)

The playground is clean, comfy and spacious. It's fun playing there for kids. We can build sandcastles there ^w^

There's also a mini 'gym'. Coz at the mini gym, you can find bars and beam :) My fave part of the Children's Garden is the Mini Gym :D Not only a gym, spider webs to climb on are there too :)
Things You Can Find At The Playground

Garden By The Bay. It's a really nice place to visit ^_^

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 7

It's the last day :(
We decided to go to Lucky Plaza again to buy some snacks. Before going to the airport, we went to Isetan. We're going there coz my dad said there were sushis there :) Hmm.. Yummy :)

Here we are! At Isetan, Orchard.
When we walked in, we saw so many things around like cosmetics, foods etc. It was like a  department store. The sushis were sold in a supermarket there. It was very crowded there, so it was kinda hard to find the sushi section. Finally, we found the sushi section after walking around to find it :p

Isetan Sushi Section

SUSHI! They were $1-$20/box. It's worth it :) Don't forget to buy their sushi if you go there ;)

After we paid them, we tried to find a place to eat. We found 'Food Republic' which was beside Isetan. So we ate our sushi there. We ate so many sushis. My tummy wasn't full yet after eating those sushi, hahaha... We bought a grape Ribena and a cup of Sugarcane.
It's almost 3.00 p.m.! We need to go to the airport that time. We found a taxi outside. We asked the taxi driver to go to the hotel to take our luggage and go to Changi Airport. It took quite a long time to go to Changi Airport. I slept at the taxi. When we arrived, we directly went to the counter that put the luggage in to the plane. While waiting for the plane we did some things.

Me and my lil' bro played in the playground. When we played in the slide, my lil' brother hit the slide. For me, it wasn't that really safe.

We didn't know what to do again. My dad was really tired, he need some rest. My mom searched a place to rest and she found it. There was a lounge to sleep or rest. It was on the 2nd floor. There was also a garden beside the lounge. A mini cinema was there too. Me & my mom watched there. The film was 'Frozen'. It's really fun watching there, it's free!
Before going inside the plane, I passed through a shop called 'The Cocoa Trees'. There were JELLY BEANS! I stopped for awhile to take a pic and see everything o.O
We bought some burgers at Burger King. It took awhile to buy them since we're in hurry.

While at the plane, I played in the TV that was attached to the seat in front. It was so fun playing in the TV :p

This was the view when I looked through the window...
 So beautiful, isn't it?

So, this is the end of our adventure to Singapore. Bye!

Thursday 9 October 2014

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 6

We were going to IKEA. When my little brother woke up, he went to the bathroom and he asked for a bath (again -.-).
He took a bath quite long though.

After this and that, we went to a bus stop in front of the hotel. We waited about 10 minutes for the bus because we missed the bus number 147 a few minutes ago. It was really hot. Finally, the bus came and it's not hot anymore. AC was there :D

And here we come! IKEA :) I wasn't that really excited to go to IKEA coz' my mom was actually the one who wanted to go to IKEA.

We bought a vanilla ice-cream for S$1, a pack of sugar donuts and a cup of lemon tea and sprite. After having them, we went in the store. I didn't expect it's going to be fun exploring around IKEA. It was a different experience..

At most chairs and tables we found, my little brother would sit there ;D
It was actually really fun there ><
Then we went back to hotel by bus too.

After my dad went back from work in the afternoon, we went to Raffles City to buy some Garret Popcorns o.O hmmm.. yummyy :)

So that's what we did that day ^w^. Good bye!

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 4 & 5

Day 4

My dad started to work this day. While waiting for him working at the office, me, mom, and little brother decided to go to Bugis+. My mom needed to go to Sephora store to buy a nail polish for her friend. Quite fun walking around Sephora store, so many make up stuffs there :)
After we got back to the hotel, we decided to swim in the hotel swimming pool. YEAYY! Swimming Time!

The water was not too cold or too warm, it's normal :) Me and my little brother had a really great time swimming together :D

My little brother went to the bathroom (again) to ask for a shower :)
After taking a shower, he was sleepy and so did I. So we slept for about 2 hours. When i woke up my mom said, "No need to go anywhere, it's raining." You know what, I'd never known that there was rain in SG, because it was always too hot there (i mean not that often like in Indonesia)

Day 5

Let's go to VivoCity! Yeayy! We're going to Vivocity again :) I miss Vivocity ._. Before going to Vivocity, I topped-up my EZ link card. When I saw a shop called, 'Candy Empire' I ran there to see candies and chocolates (you know I always like SG's candies and chocolates) lol..

Guess what I've found there..
JELLY BEANS!
Even though they weren't Jelly Belly, they're still JELLY BEANS!
Look at the huge jar of jelly beans (on the left). Can you believe that it's $95.00 (around IDR950.000) only for candies?

Then I saw these mini Wonka Nerds :
Aren't they cute? But unfortunately no grape flavor. I've tried it before too so I didn't buy it again.

After candies and chocolates shopping, we decided to eat at McDonald's (again :p)

Then I found a shop called 'Action City'. The name sounded familiar to me coz' when I once searched 'Where to buy squishy in SG?' and "Action City" came out. So excited!

And yes, right. I found some Breadou Squishies :)

It's $7 each. It's cheaper than in IND. But my mom said that I should not buy squishy anymore coz' i already have many collections at home '-.-

My mom went to a shop while waiting for me squishing, lol. I forgot what's the name of the shop. Then, when I searched around for my mom, I found a fancy pair of sandals o.O

It's quite cheap but my size was unavailable :(

Toy Outpost. Sounded familiar too... I searched 'toy outpost' in the shopping directory. I found it!
There were so many lockers inside. Some were squishies, rainbow looms, G-Shock watches, legos, instax, popin cookins and others.

I was speechless when I saw Squishies! But so expensive :) That could be the reason that I wasnt allowed to buy squishy there (toy outpost) lol.
We went to iBox to look at the new iPhone 6. It's bigger, but thinner than the regular iPhone. It was quite similar like the iPhone 5s.
Me and my mom weren't really interested to the new iPhone 6. So we went to see other thins in the mall.

And, we saw Toys R Us! YEAYY!

There was a Merlion made out of LEGOs at the entrance of the Toys R Us. It was made using 134,522 Lego bricks. It was designed, constructed and shipped for Denmark. It took aproximately 777 hours to make. It weighed 300 kilograms.
WOW.
Me & Lil' Bro With Merlion Made Out Of Lego
And when I walked in, I saw a lot of Gachapons. Some were $2-$4 each. So many! I freaked out!
I spotted a squishy gachapon. The aliens from the movie 'Toy Story'.

Oh yeah.. I was excited to go to Toys R Us coz' there were FURBYs! When I asked someone who worked there, she said, "Go to the cashier, you see right there? I guess there are about 3 more furby there." 3 MOREE? I NEED IT.

It's $59.90, way cheaper than in IND. When I grabbed the furby, the cashier said, "It's cheaper because the furby speaks in Chinese." Yes, the furby doll can talk. Quite funny though coz' I don't speak Chinese or Mandarin but I learn Mandarin. So, NO furby :(

I didn't think I should buy the furby... aaaaaargh..

On the top floor of VivoCity there was an outdoor park. There was a mini water pond there. You can go in to the water, the water was clean :)

Then, we went down (either 2nd or 3rd floor) to the playground. When we were playing, it was a little bit drizzling. The playground was wide. It's safe too. Real nice for kids :) Many Singaporeans took their kids there too..Even my little brother didn't want to go back to the hotel.

 Vivo City Playground

Before we got back to the hotel, I got a McFlurry. Yeayy! But I needed to finish it in a hurry coz' it's prohibited to eat or drink in the MRT train.

At night, funny moment happened. My little brother sat on my back and pulled my hair back and forth. We laughed a lot..I love my little bro so much, he's so cute..
When my dad came back, he asked me to sleep because tomorrow we had some places to go!

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 3

I woke up late in the morning :D .. gotta do showering, getting ready in hurry :p

We went to Mustafa Centre that day. We didn't really know where to go from City Hall to Mustafa. Luckily, we met a nice lady who was going to Mustafa too... And she asked us to follow her to Mustafa. Finally, we arrived at Mustafa. Thanks to the nice lady :)
Mustafa Centre
We went to Mustafa to buy some chocolates. CHOCOLATES EVERYWHERE! I actually want to buy a lot but my mom said "It won't fit the luggage, don't buy too much."

I found interesting chocolate. It's called 'Rocky Choco'. A chocolate that looks like a rock :)

This was some of what we bought at Mustafa :
Before we paid, we walked around Mustafa to see some things like CDs, Movies, Watches, Nail Polishes, Toys, and Swimming Leotards. You could find anything here.

Before going back to hotel, we stopped by at Kopitiam. Kopitiam had the food I really like :) It's a ...
'Soft-Boiled Egg' YEAYY
Hufh.. My tummy was full... let's take some rest.

After taking a rest for a few minutes, we went to Garden By The Bay again! yeayy! We're going to play at the children's garden for long hours...woohoo..

To find more informations about Garden By The Bay, check this out : http://akidstravel.blogspot.com/2014/10/gardens-by-bay.html
After that I was really tired... -_-

So we went back to the hotel and we didn't go anywhere. We only stayed in the hotel doing random things.

My dad was hungry so we decided to go to the Indian Restaurant that we saw while we went back to the hotel. I was hungry too...

Tadaa! Hmmm.. yummy :)
Prata
My tummy wasn't empty again :) It's full :p

Then, me and little brother played with some Meiji Candies :) He loved to hear the sound it made when the box was shaken:)
After playing for a while, my mom told me to sleep. We had a new day to go around..

Saturday 4 October 2014

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 2

We passed SAM (Singapore Art Museum) again >_<
After taking pictures there, my dad was hungry. So, we decided to eat at McDonald's :0 yummmm :)
I dont know if it's just me, but to me, the food in Mc Donald's Singapore taste better than in Indonesia..

After having some lunch, we went to Bugis area. To go to Bugis, we just walked straight :) quite far though and it was really hot too..
I went to Bugis to buy some popin cookins for my friends. I bought about 9 pieces coz' it's cheaper in SG than IND.
It's hot, and we found the famous Singapore uncle Ice-cream stall! What I really like about the ice-cream was because it's so cheap, only S$1 from year to year o.O , and it's yummy :) you should try the ice-cream if you go to Singapore. It's quite easy to find the stalls, they're available in many places.
My recommended ice-cream is 'Durian with Bread' it's so delicious! For those who don't like durians, try chocochips..

It was quite tiring walking and shopping around Bugis, so we decided to go back to the hotel. We had some rest for about 1 hour. Then, me, little brother and my mom went to The Paragon Shopping Centre. I wanted to buy a Furby doll at Paragon's Toys R Us but unfortunately no Furby there :(

Since there was no Furby, my mom said, "Just buy something else." I chose a puzzle which was really cool.

It's a 3D Monster High Puzzle. It was cheap, so my mom bought it for me :)

Then we had nothing to do. We went back to the hotel again :0

When we arrived, my little brother directly went to the bathroom (that's what he did every time we're in the room :p). He asked for an early afternoon shower :p
While my little brother was playing in the bathtub, me, my mom, and dad were trying to solve the puzzle.
It was really hard because of the 3D effects.

It's 10.00 p.m. I was sleepy :0 so I fell asleep right away, Good Night :)

Thursday 2 October 2014

Singapore (again) 2014 - Day 1

I went to Singapore last week for a week with my mom, dad & my little brother.

Soekarno-Hatta Airport
We directly boarded the plane, because we're a bit late :(. Whenever we travel, we usually use Garuda Indonesia Airways.
While in the plane, I made 2 rainbow loom bracelets. I brought my mini rainbow loom box. My little brother slept in the plane. After making some looms, I played some games from the TV attached to the plane seat.
My little brother watched Sesame Street after he woke up.

 1 hour later...

Yeayy! We're in Changi Airport! My dad directly filled in the arrival forms.

Changi Airport

Changi Airport was spacious, comfy, modern and clean.
We would be staying at Grand Park City Hall. It's very close to City Hall MRT Station.
After checking in, we had some rest for about 30 minutes. And we planned to go to Garden by The Bay that afternoon :)

No need to be fashionable here, comfort was more important! lol...Because we're going to walk a lot, all we need just....
"Sandal Jepit" LOL

We went to Garden By The Bay, we took the MRT from City Hall to Bayfront. Take exit D to go to Garden By The Bay. After walking for a while, finally we arrived at Garden by The Bay! It was a beautiful view to see..
Gardens By The Bay

If you go to Garden By The Bay, don't  forget to bring your camera :)  you can take lots of pictures there cus' there are lots of spots for taking pictures. You can see the famous Marina bay Sands Hotel, and Singapore flyer from there.

When we went there, it was about 4.00 p.m. (SG Time). So the lights of the Supertrees weren't on yet.
Garden By The Bay
We went to the Far East Organization Children's Garden to play.

Far East Organization Children's Garden

I wanted to play in the water park but I couldn't because my little bro was sleeping. Instead of playing at the water park, I just played at the sandy playground. At the playground, I did some things like handstand and jumping around. It was quite hard to do a handstand there because the sands made it slippery but it was safer when i fell though :p
Randomness at Garden By The Bay
We stayed there till' the supertrees' lights were on. You can see how beautiful it was ^^  But, sorry about the bad quality pic, i took it from a cellphone camera..
The Super Tree At Night

F1 race in Singapore! :p  So many foreigners came to Singapore to attend this International event..including us..lol

Then we saw the reporters of the Fox Channel onset in 'The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands', they were reporting live about the F1 race.
For dinner, we had some Fish & Chips in Secret Recipe. Hmmm.. Yummm!
We were really tired, so we decided to go back to the hotel and had some rest :)
